Polyurethane Mold Release

Formulated specifically to release molded polyurethane resins.
Improves molding efficiency when injection molding, pour casting, or otherwise molding polyurethanes.
Dry-mist coating reduces mold build-up.
Provides a clean, highly cosmetic release, reduces mold build-up, and permits more cycles between applications.
Can be removed with a detergent water solution if painting or plating is required.

EZ Pin Lube & Release

Paintable formula lubricates ejector pins and gives multiple part releases per application.
Improves molding efficiency in many processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, pour cast, die cast, and extrusion.
Specially formulated as a lubricant for knock-out pins in the forward position.
Stable to 400°F and will provide lasting lubrication under this temperature.
High film strength and high temperature range give long lasting performance.
Non-silicone formula allows molded parts to be painted, plated, labeled or bonded after molding in most applications.

Zinc Stearate Mold Release

Heavy-duty release agent is formulated for difficult-to-remove molded parts.
ZIP ME-369E is specially formulated as a paintable release agent and anti-stick lubricant for molded materials such as plastics, rubber, metals, and similar materials.
ZIP ME-369E is generally recognized as a paintable release agent.
Allows molded parts to be painted, plated, labeled, or bonded after molding in most applications.
Releases virtually all molded materials. Especially useful in rubber molding, wire drawing, and powdered metal casting.
